Off to a "Great" Start

Last night we had our first match of the season against the Northrop Bruins. It took the suspension of their number 1 golfer and a magical goose (ask Tegan) but the Braves pulled out a 179-180 victory! As they say, "A 'W' is a 'W'"... so we'll take it! The weather was awful and our mental toughness must improve, but it sure does feel good to be 1-0!! Keegan led us with a 42 and Freshman Logan Choka had a 43 as the JV also picked up a victory by the score of 193-204. It will be back to the practice greens today to work on our short game, but the Varsity will be back in action again tomorrow out at Riverbend. 3-0 is calling... let's go get it!!!
